How to activate your Cupola license

Cupola is a one-time purchase: $20 once, no subscription. Buy it from trycupola.com/#pricing, and your license key arrives by email right after checkout, sent by Dodo Payments (Cupola's payment processor) to the address you used. The order confirmation page also shows the key directly, once.

Unlocking Cupola with your key

  1. Open Cupola (install it first if you haven't, see Installing Cupola).
  2. Press ⌘ , to open Settings, and pick License in the sidebar.
  3. Paste your key into the License key field and click Activate.

That's it: Cupola is unlocked for good on this Mac. If the email with your key hasn't shown up, check Spam or Promotions, or email [email protected] and it'll be resent.

What the trial looks like

Installing Cupola starts a 7-day free trial automatically, no card required. Settings › License shows how many trial days you have left while you're on it. When the trial ends, Cupola doesn't lock you out: you can still see everything, your events, reminders and notes stay visible, but adding and editing wait until you activate a license. Activating at any point, during or after the trial, switches you straight to full access.

Refunds

Within 14 days of buying, email [email protected] and you'll get your money back, no questions asked.

Moving your license to a new Mac

A Cupola license activates on one Mac at a time. To move it:

  • On the old Mac: open Settings › License and click Deactivate. This frees the key up to activate elsewhere.
  • On the new Mac: install Cupola and activate with the same key in Settings › License.

If the key is still shown as active on another Mac when you try to activate it on a new one, Cupola offers a Move License to This Mac option right there in Settings › License instead of making you track down the old Mac first. If you've lost access to the old Mac entirely and can't deactivate it, email [email protected] for help freeing up the seat.

Give your notch something to do.

Try Cupola free for 7 days, then pay once ($20) to keep it.
